Pizza School is Open!!

Learn how to make our pizza from Chef Davey – he’ll show you how to make our dough, send you home with a recipe, practice shaping dough balls & stretching pies, cooking by a hot wood fire, & talk through how you can approximate those conditions at home.

We’ll eat the fruits of our labor together while GM/Bev Director, Anna, leads a tasting of some of our favorite natural wines.

Both the dough and the wines featured at the restaurant begin with wild fermentation, giving way to unique products infused with local flavor and heart.

This intimate class is for 5 people maximum, allowing for close personal attention, lots of time for questions, and a cozy, even romantic, atmosphere.  (We require a two person minimum to hold the class)


Classes are held Sundays from 12-3 or Monday evenings from 5-8.  Email for your reservation

Classes are $120/person, $100 each if you book for two people & $500 if you book the whole class.
